The architects particularly emphasized a direct view of the ocean and large terraces, using only the finest material.

Sea Premiere's unique architectural design was created by the leading Israeli firm of Gabai Architecture and City planning.

Gabai Architecture and City planning was established in 1979 by architect Zvi Gabai offering unique planning services.
As a part of the firms' concept, an interior planning and design department was established. The department implements cutting-edge computer technologies in order to incorporate the interior design into the preliminary planning stages.

The projects' Interior Design was made by the well known firm of Ran Blander, Architecture and City planning.
As a former partner and active manager in "Gabai Architecture", Ran Blander was the architect in charge of Sea Premiere.

The interior design of Sea Premiere has been planned, on the one hand, with a light and dynamic line, influenced by its location on the sea shore, and with a maximum integration between interior and exterior space, so that its residents will be influenced by an atmosphere of freedom and restfulness. On the other hand, it has been planned with exacting and state of the art design, that integrates innovative concepts, and with the best finishing materials, all of which will place it in the forefront of all vacation apartment projects being constructed in Israel.
